Sample Programme - Leadership 2000 Plus (5 Days)

This Course is aimed at Current Managers who wish to further their awareness, understanding and skills of Leadership. We explore current models and thinking on Leadership and give course members the opportunity to gain progressive feedback on their own skills and performance.
This course is also very relevant to people who are intending, or are about to take up, a Managerial position. A detailed Course Booklet is provided.

Day 1
